dreams. That is why he is cursed. He told you it was because a witch had
put a spell on him? Of course he did, but you see she had to. She had to
keep the people free from him, to stop him from taking the throne. And that is
what he will not tell you as he offers the golden ball in exchange for a
kiss to free him, will you free him?

image was done in Photoshop with a Wacom tablet, I use the median filter, lots of median filter, a bit of the smudge tool and gaussian blur, I also used overlay on the cloths and crown.
